Eric S. Gillin was born the Melbourne Florida and raised in the Brevard County area.  He has been practicing law in Brevard County for more than 12 years. His areas of practice include personal injury / wrongful death, auto accidents, and catastrophic injuries.

Eric is admitted to practice in All Courts in Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Brevard County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association and the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. Eric is a graduate of Flagler College and Touro College - Jacob D. Fuschsberg Law Center.
